New Church Development Team
Four Function Areas
The work of the CCT will continue through four function areas, that will meet as needed, and whose work will feed into the Core Leadership Team as it prioritizes mission field strategies. The makeup of these function areas will be far more representative than the current Creating Congregations Team, while at the same time being driven by expertise and passion.
THE FOUR FUNCTION AREAS (It is expected that each area will create appropriate input 'circles' of influence and stakeholders from time to time, to ensure that we capitalize on the work and experience of various accountability/advocacy groups as it relates to starting new churches and transforming existing ones within the Conference. The ad hoc 'circles' will also enable us to cross typical 'silos' barriers where we need to work cooperatively in areas such as leadership and mission.) Recommend 2 persons from Property/Location and Finance to make up board on successor to the Creating Congregations Team, Inc., if constituted*
